A Kidology to Go Children’s Ministry Training Event is incredibly unique and highly affordable!

What does it cost?

Host churches pay only $500 to host a conference and receive 25 free passes to the event. Online registration is only $10 online per person, or $15 at the door.

Kidology Members attend FREE

But here’s the best part – attendance is 100% free for Kidology.org Premium Members IF they visit their “My Kidology” area of the website and simply print out the “Kidology to Go FREE Pass” before arriving. (Otherwise, they’ll need to pay the at the door admission!) We do ask that churches allow us to take an offering at the event to help cover support our traveling ministry, but of course, gifts at that time are completely voluntary, and this helps us keep the admission costs low for everyone!

Free to host?

Here is where it gets really good! If the host church promotes their event and gets attendance at the event over 200 (including free Kidology members that show up with their free pass!) the church will get a refund of the $500 hosting fee. In other words, there is an incentive to promote the event – it can end up being free to the church to host a Kidology to Go event!

Attendees who have registered up to three weeks before the event will receive a K2G Good Bag filled with Resource Goodies from Kidmin Resource Providers and random PRIZES!

Music with Rob Biagi

We have made special arrangements with Rob Biagi, who writes & performs music for kids and families, to offer a Family Concert at very discounted rate on the evening before your training.  You can also have him kick off your Kidology to Go event with great worship if you book ASAP. If you’d like Rob to be part of your event, the overall Kidology To Go hosting fee is $750, plus travel and lodging expenses.  Ask about his availability when you inquire about scheduling your event!
